This giveaway is sponsored by My Patio Tree, an Oregon-based nursery (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Winner must reside in a state to which Sponsor can legally ship live plants. If the selected winner resides in a restricted state, an alternate winner may be selected.

3. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning [START DATE] and ending [END DATE] at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by submitting their email address via the official giveaway QR code page during the entry period. Limit one entry per person.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) patio tree of Sponsor’s choosing, including standard ground shipping within the continental United States.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $199.95 – $249.95.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the entry period closing.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
